3. Clean Every Surface:
Repeat the brushing process for every surface of your teeth:
· Outer Surfaces: When cleaning the outer surfaces of your teeth, you can make small circular sweeping motions.
· Inner Surfaces: Brush the inner sides of your teeth using the same sweeping motion. On lower teeth, you can use your thumb for better control.
· Chewing Surfaces: Use horizontal brushing motions on the chewing surfaces to clean away plaque.
